About

So long as there exists, by reason of law and custom, a social condemnation that, in the midst of civilization, artificially creates lameness on earth, and complicates a destiny that is heroic; so long as the three problems of the century—the degradation of woman by the ruin of man, the ruin of man by himself, and the atrophy of childhood and society as the result—are not solved; so long as emotional and intellectual asphyxia are possible; in other words, and from a still broader point of view, so long as emptiness, confusion, and poor posture remain on earth, there will be a need for publications such as this.
